怎样开发创造力Creativity? how to develop?

As everybody knows, all people are divided into two categories - which are creative personalities (idea generators) and executors. Then, who represents the first type? They are artists, designers, actors, musicians, writers, creators - all those who introduce innovation into our life.

Actually, executors are kind of "laborers", they simply perform a certain program set up by somebody else. They follow it with little thinking about it. Unfortunately, there are more people of that type than creative ones.

There is a view, and I subscribe to it, which claims that left-handers are creative personalities while right-handers are executors.

Left-handers have right-brain more active than left-brain. So, what? Well, I tell you that right-brain is responsible for our creative abilities. And left-brain gives us logic, analytic ability etc., i.e. those characteristics that peculiar for executors, accountants, for instance.

I do not intend to describe why the right-brain occurs more developed than left-brain and vice versa, it is not the point.

The point is what is to be done with these hemispheres? What should "slaves" of their labor undertake in this case?

There are people who combine two sides of personality, such as as zeal and diligence on the one hand, and creativity and artisticexploration on the other one. They have right-brain and left-brain working equally. But its' neither about inborn peculiarity nor childhood acquisition - the hemispheres' activation, it's occurred much later and with their active hand in it.

So, what did they do to activate their another brain hemisphere? Who knows! Ask me what they did not!For instance, there is a TV telecast Brain Games, and they give really good exercises for creative abilities development. For example, to invent various applications, including absurd ones, for well-known or unknown items.

For right brain activation, and, therefore, creativity development it is very helpful thing to exercise the left side of one's body. What way? Any!! You may eat with your left hand, write with your left hand or leg, whatever you like.

But there are several additional things that may cause creativity blocking. One of the basic reasons is blocking fear.That's why, in case you want to develop your own personal creativity and to become a creator some day, you are supposed not only to play with your brains and to eat with your left hand, but also to get rid of blocking fears, if you have any.

大家都知道，人一般可以划分为两类，一种是创造派（主意多），另一种是执行派。那么，哪些人属于创作派呢？比如，艺术家、设计师、演员、音乐家、作家、创造者以及一切为人类带来新事物的人都属于创作派。

事实上，执行派从某种程度上讲就是"体力劳动者"，他们只是根据别人的计划在做事，而不需要太多的思考。不幸的是，"体力劳动者"要比"脑力劳动者"多得多。

左撇子的右脑比左脑发达。然而，我们的创造能力基本上是靠右脑，逻辑分析能力才是依靠左脑。如执行者和会计之类的职业要求具备一定的逻辑分析能力。我并不打算解释右脑为什么会比左脑发达或者左脑为什么不如右脑发达，这不是重点。

有种说法叫"左撇子"都是创造派，而用惯用右手的人都是执行别人想法的人，这点我举双手赞同。

重点是我们应该怎样利用大脑，体力又该怎样的分配才合适呢？

也有同时具备思考和执行能力的人，比如一方面，他们热情又勤奋，另一方面他们还具备创造力以及挖掘艺术的天赋。他们的左脑和右脑一样发达，但这并不是天生的或者是在成长过程中自发形成的，而是他们积极开发大脑的另一半，因而逐渐形成的。

可他们究竟是怎么开发大脑的另一半的呢？鬼知道，我可不知道。可能是真的有一种电子游戏，这种电子游戏能大大的开发大脑的创造能力，比如为某些知名或无名的项目开发各种各样的软件什么的，哪怕是很可笑的软件，可那也是软件。

所以呢，要锻炼右脑最好的办法就是使用身体的左边部位，什么意思，也就是吃饭用左手，写字用左手，你要愿意，用左脚也没人管你。

但是，产生创造力的同时，也会产生一些负面的影响如导致创造力枯竭，最主要的原因是强迫症，因为你想有朝一日自己也能拥有创造力，成为一个创作者，你让左脑和右脑打架，用左手吃饭，而且你还得时时警惕强迫症。
