Tessa Woodward, Dip TEFLA, MPhil - Professional Development Coordinator at Hilderstone College and President of IATEFL, Tessa is a trainer and author of international standing. She is editor of The Teacher Trainer and her publications include Loop Input, Models and Metaphors in Language Teacher Training, Ways of Training, Planning from Lesson to Lesson, Planning Lessons and Courses, and Ways of Working with Teachers. Her new book will be out soon and is about thinking skills. Tessa's main interest is in how adults learn and trainer development.

Deborah Robson, Cert Ed, MA (App.Ling/TESOL) – Coordinator of International Teachers Courses at Hilderstone, Deborah has experience of working as a modern language teacher in state-sector schools in the UK and abroad. Previously a teacher trainer with the British Council in Spain and the University of the Basque Country, Deborah coordinated INSET courses, sponsored by the Basque government, for secondary and primary school teachers. Deborah's specialist areas are teaching young learners and Content and Language Integrated Learning. |
