拍卖的中文解释

也称标售，是公开出售证券的一种方式。 发行人邀请获授权的交易商出价投标，直至拟出售的证券全部卖出。也参看Dutch Auction（荷兰式拍卖），Non-competitive Bid Auction（非竞争性投标拍卖）。
