公开发行价格的中文解释

英文Public Offering Price的缩写，指证券向公众发行的售价，承销商会将佣金计入发行价内。就共同基金而言，若采用单一报价方式，公开发售价等同基金的单位净值(NAV)，认购费另外支付;若采双向报价，发售价等于基金单位净值加上认购费。

POP的英文解释

The issue price of a new share that is fixed by the underwriter on behalf of a company. The underwriter's commission is built into the price. Shares in a mutual fund may be purchased at the POP.
