信用观察的中文解释

信用评级机构宣布将某一债务人列入信用观察名单，意味着短期内可能调升或调降该债务人的信用评级。

When a credit rating agency announces that it is putting a borrower on credit watch it is giving notice that it expects shortly to issue a lower or higher credit rating.
