BEIJING, May 12 (Xinhua) -- A major earthquake measuring 7.8 on the Richter Scale in Wenchuan County of southwest China's Sichuan Province has killed 107 and injured 34 in provinces and municipality of Sichuan, Gansu, Chongqing and Yunnan by 6:00 p.m., the Ministry of Civil Affairs said.
