理论知识:卷舌音
在美式英语中,有大量的卷舌音。这一点和英音有很大的差别。比如,are 英音:/a:/ 美音:/a+r/;还有像hard / card, bird / teacher / first, swear, sorry,four...如果在单词中出现字母r一般都有卷舌的现象。
不过,要注意的是,单词for中,由于for一般是作为辅助的单词,所以,从来不是按字典中那样发音/ /,而是轻读为/ f /。此外,像window很多人也卷舌,这样是不对的。如果把window也卷舌,不就成了widower?所以,请大家一定注意。
