失业的中文解释

失业是指有工作能力和意愿的人找不到工作，可分摩擦性失业和结构性失业两大类。摩擦性失业是指因就业信息的不完整或劳动力的流动，劳工一时未能找到工作而造成的失业现象。结构性失业则是因经济经历结构性转变，职位空缺与劳动力供给不相配所导致。
