1). 描述特定时间的特征————由when或介词+which引导定语从句：

2). 描述特定地点的特征————由where或介词+which引导定语从句：
Jurassic Park, which Spielberg made in 1993, is about a park where a very rich man keeps different kinds of dinosaurs.

好莱坞和奥斯卡金像奖
奥斯卡奖（Oscar awards）是美国电影艺术与科学学院的金像奖，历史最悠久，最负盛名的电影艺术成就奖。此项奖设有最佳影片、最佳导演、最佳男演员、最佳女演员、最佳男配角、最佳女配角、最佳剧本、最佳外语片、最佳摄影、最佳歌曲、最佳美工奖。奥斯卡奖设于1927年，每年评奖一次，最初叫“金像奖”，奖品是一个紧握长剑，站在一盘电影胶片上的男性全身立像。1931年的一天，学院新来的图书管理员海利克小姐看见金像时说：“他真像我的叔叔奥斯卡”。记者报道了此事，“奥斯卡”从此得名。
好莱坞（Hollywood）位于美国加利福尼亚洛杉矶的西北郊区，从1911年以来，一直是美国电影制作的中心。在我国旧时称“荷里活”。它有“世界影都”和“电影圣地”之称。人们已经习惯将其作为美国电影业的代称。
