附认股权的债券的中文解释

附送认股权证的债券，持有人可按认股权证的条件认购特定公司(通常是债券发行公司)的普通股。这种债券的票面利率通常低于不附送认股权证的同类债券，因其附送的认股权证有一定的价值，投资者有机会以优惠的价格认购股票。

Warrant Bonds的英文解释

Bonds with an attached warrant which entitles purchase of a certain number of shares of the borrowing company for a certain period at a price fixed in advance. The coupon on the bond may be less than comparable bonds without warrants because of the possible benefit of buying shares at an advantageous price.
